Safe, environmental conscious and efficient Shipmanagement have led ESC to be one of the few Shipmanagement companies in the world to be certified by two classification societies for compliance with the ISM Code. ESC understands that safety and pollution prevention are an integral part of good Ship Management and can only be a result of a combination of the right skills, knowledge and experience. The management and senior executives maintain the Company's commitment to quality and ensure the Company's policies are carried through to: Promote each individual's personal involvement in maintaining high quality standards. Ensure all necessary procedures and work instructions are available, operative and effective. Identify, report and record any nonconformity and take the necessary corrective action.

SHIP MANAGEMENT

The primary objective of the company is to provide shipowners and operators with cost effective ship management with unparalleled standards of quality and safety. Over almost five decades, not only have we acquired the expertise in the field of ship management, but have also developed a pool of highly qualified and competent staff, both on board as well as ashore. It is through this dedicated and loyal work force of technical superintendents and seafarers, that we are able to achieve economy in operating costs by reducing, or in many cases, eliminating expensive repairs that would normally have to be carried out by shore facilities.

TECHNICAL

The most important task that we achieve is maintaining the asset value of the vessels. In doing so, we ensure that the vessels are in operational readiness at all times without compromising any Classification rules, Flag State requirements, Governmental laws or other environmental regulations. When a ship comes under our management we incorporate her in a fully integrated technical and operational Management Team, which encompasses the following elements: Our Management Teams are groups of people working under the supervision of Technical Fleet Managers and Superintendents dedicated to their vessels 24 hours a day / 7days a week, together with a Technical Assistant in every Team. Our Superintendents are fully committed to their vessels (with a maximum number of 5 vessels per Superintendent) with the same enthusiasm as if they were managing their own ships.

In order to develop a long-term partnership we have established a transparency policy. We believe that it is due to the trust and seamless communication established with our clients, that we keep ahead of their expectations, enabling an efficient and fruitful partnership.

CHARTERING

We are operating a wide range of vessels by our Chartering Department in independent way of Ship Management. ESC sub charter different type of cargoes around the world, including general cargoes and dangerous cargoes like crude oil, chemical and gas. We also operate a large number of offshore vessels in connection with our Ship Management department, speaking by itself different vessels type as DP-DSV, Jack Up Rigs, Shutle Tankers and FPSO and Drilling Ships. In our tanker fleet we have a several VLCC, Suezmax and classical tankers.
